Q.1) What is the delivery fee, and distance?
A.1) $5 plus .50/mi for the first 5 miles, .75/mi for the next 5 miles, and goes up to $1.00/mi for last 5 miles (Up to 15 mile delivery radius from any restaurant we offer delivery for. COMING SOON up to 25 mile delivery radius!)
Q.2) When trying to order from my phone it won't allow me to enter my address...?
A.2) Go to your settings in your phone, click on your internet browser and scroll down to *Block All Cookies* and make sure it's turned off. Our phone app is available now!
Q.3) It let's me put my address in but not my Apt # ? Where will I enter the rest of my info?
A.3) There will be a place for that in the checkout screen. If you open your address at checkout there is a place to enter all your info including Apt # , name, phone number, full delivery address, Company Name/Hotel (optional) Additional Info for Driver (optioinal).
Q.4) Why does my address come up as (Unavailable we do not currently offer delivery to your address), when I'm within the 15 mi radius from restaurant?
A.4) This is a quick fix, just message us by clicking the pink Chat icon, or email us at:
firstname.lastname@example.org Just tell us your address and we will fix it in minutes! All you'll need to do is refresh your page after a few minutes.
