Q.1) How do I enter my address?
A.1) Enter your full address including zip code. Example: 6500 galcier hwy, juneau, ak 99801. If you are in Douglas or Auke Bay you may have to enter the zip code 99821, or 99824. If it still won't work for you after trying this, then please contact us on our live chat (pink chat bubble icon). We can fix any address issues. WE GO UP TO 20 MILES DISTANCE.
Q.2) What is the delivery fee, and distance?
A.2) $5 plus .50c/mi. for the first 10 miles, then .75c/mi for next 10miles. (Up to 20 mile delivery radius from any restaurant we offer delivery for). There will be a service fee. The (Markup Tax) just separates the sales tax for the restaurant food sales and our fees. Sales tax is 5%.
Q.3) When trying to order from my phone it won't allow me to enter my address...?
A.3) Go to your settings in your phone, click on your internet browser and scroll down to *Block All Cookies* and make sure it's turned off. Our phone app is available now!
Q.4) It let's me put my address in but not my Apt # ? Where will I enter the rest of my info?
A.4) There will be a place for that in the checkout screen. If you open your address at checkout there is a place to enter all your info including Apt # , name, phone number, full delivery address, Company Name/Hotel (optional) Additional Info for Driver (optioinal).
Q.5) Why does my address come up as (Unavailable we do not currently offer delivery to your address), when I'm within the 15 mi radius from restaurant?
